Finished Material in Stock
We regularly mill popular profiles and may have finished material available for your project. Stock changes as orders are filled, so please request a quote before planning pickup or installation.
Tell us the product, quantity, preferred lengths, and when you need it. We will confirm what is available and arrange pickup or discuss delivery after order confirmation.
Lumber Available—Milling Required
Sometimes we have the lumber on hand, but it still needs to be milled to your selected profile.
If milling is required, typical lead time is 1–2 weeks. Timing depends on material availability, order size, profile, and our production schedule. We will confirm the estimated lead time with your quote.
Custom Profiles & Special Orders
Need a particular species, size, profile, or length? Tell us what your project requires, and we will review the milling options with you.
Custom work may involve minimum quantities, setup charges, or additional production time. Custom milling requires a deposit; the amount and payment terms will be included in your quote.
Milling Overruns & Limited Lots
When producing an order, we sometimes mill additional material. These milling overruns can offer good value when the available profile, grade, lengths, and quantity fit your project.
Overruns are limited lots, and matching material may require another milling run. Ask us about current opportunities and whether a particular lot will cover your needs.
How to Get Started
1. Browse our products and select the material you are considering.
2. Use the product calculator, where available, to estimate footage and cutting waste.
3. Add your selections to a quote request. Include your usage area, preferred lengths, needed date, and whether you want pickup or delivery.
4. We will review your request and confirm material availability, pricing, and estimated timing.
If your first choice is unavailable, we can discuss alternatives for your approval.
